At Hidden Beauty Wax, my time is dedicated to providing you with exceptional service. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for everyone’s time, I have implemented the following policies: Cancellations & No-Shows: •Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled time. •No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Late Arrivals: •A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. •If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied. Excessive tardiness may result in your appointment being canceled and subject to the 50% cancellation fee. I understand that unexpected situations may arise, and I will do my best to accommodate when possible. However, these policies are in place to protect my time and ensure I can continue to provide excellent service to all my clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
